By leveraging existing technologies, we can create a dead-simple '911-like' mechanism for Customers to file a Violation Complaint against a RoboCaller - without having to do more than dial '333'. After a few of the 333's 'hit-the-fan', the FTC can Authorize a RoboKill on the offenders Phone Number(s), and everyone else can just enjoy the Peace-and-Quiet.

My design can also be easily adapted to help enforce No Contact Orders, and kill phone calls from 'stalkers', 'breathers', and other assorted nut-cakes who enjoy harassing random-targets.

Just '333' 'em - Nikola Tesla would love it!
