As soon as the unwanted (Robo)-call received, at any time during the call, hang up, then dial (777) 777-7777 immediately. Telephone service provider could then automatically capture the previous (within 77 seconds only) caller; and charge that number very high charges for that unwanted (Robo)-call (e.g.: $ 77 or more: to be determined by FTC). These charges would then be divided: 50% credited to Telephone user (receiver of unwanted call) ; 50% for Telephone Service Provider. FTC may decide after how many unwanted calls from different phone numbers, these charges will take effect (to avoid accidental false reporting); before such charges to unwanted caller will take effect. The only way such unwanted calls will stop is to hit them straight in their Pocketbook & make it very very expensive to make such calls. By providing 50% of such expensive charges to Telephone Service Provider would give them the incentive to make the Technical changes (in their computer) to make (777) 777-7777 calls possible, capturing the number (even unlisted ones); and charge them accordingly. Relatively easy to install; easy for every body, and very effective. This call should be make possible by either calling 777-777-7777 or 1-777-777-7777. This (777) 777-7777 is currently not a valid number (so it could easily be assigned); and many will remember this number very easily.
