A Simple, Blended, and Targeted Solution to Stopping Robo and Predictive Dialer Phone Calls.

I titled my solution “simple”, because the solution doesn't require an all or nothing approach nor does it require a forklift of the current infrastructure. My solution is “blended”, because it has multiple points of control to pick the degree of implementation. It’s also “targeted”, because it allows for choke point as well as consumer level installs.
