The solution is really quite simple, just force the phone company’s including cell providers to give the customer the opportunity to block the unwanted calls, up to maybe 1000 calls for the year. Phone companies will have to maintain these numbers for period of one year then they can purge them and it will start all over again. It would be fair for the customer to pay maybe $25.00 a year for the service this will also include the spoofed caller id numbers.
