Simple, have a captcha device, similar to a caller ID that will have the caller repeat letters or numbers, it could also be an app for cell phones.Voice recognition software will not be accurate enough to defeat it if you have background noise like music or talking. Proof of concept is that it already works on websites. Seems like it could be quickly implemented.
