This is a simple solution to an annoying problem. No device needed, just 3 simple numbers. From here on end, home and mobile numbers should be assigned a security code (by the federal government) only to be given to family and friends. Another set of 3 number security code to be given out to debtors and merchants. This set of numbers will not go through before 10:00 am and passed 6:00 pm. Through caller ID individuals or companies not having access to the security code, can be fully identified on the caller ID. This will end the appearance of "Private, Toll Free, City and State identification, etc." The misusing, obtaining, selling, etc., this security number, will be considered fraudulent and a crime.
