Telemarketer calls Phone User. After a time, the call is ended. The Phone User then calls our automatic system on an easy to remember number (e.g.- 123 or 333). The Phone User then answers a simple Yes / No (they got called by a telemarketer). After this first Yes / No question, then we have user confirmation consisting of reading back the User's phone number and charges they are alleging to have just happened (Yes / No) by our automatic system. If the User insists this is what they want, then we log the UTC server time, and the Phone User's number (obtained via Caller-ID) into our automatic system. In timely fashion, human agents (an advantage) trace, verify, & ban offender(s) / or offending number ranges.
