On average, 40 babies die every year after being left unattended in vehicles under the sun. We developed CarEye during the Houston 2014 Hackathon to help solve this problem. CarEye is a solar-powered device that constantly monitors your car for the presence of a human or a pet, as well as the temperature inside your car. If critical conditions exist, CarEye calls your cell phone immediately.
