Citizens Engaged

Citizens Engaged allows users to seamlessly send street service requests to their local city service department.

Currently serving the people of San Diego, it allows for the seamless submission of such requests (traffic sign problems, potholes, etc.) to the Street Division of the City of San Diego.

The following features are included:

• Create detailed service requests.
• Attach photos and location info to requests.
• Send requests anonymously or with personal contact info.
• Save requests for later, or send immediately.
• Contact city service department by phone, in case of emergency.
• Set default contact info to be sent with every request.
• Send yourself a copy of requests.
