Uses an Arduino and an electromagnet to emulate the magnetic stripe on any standard credit card. Can randomly change the numbers in a way that is cryptographically secure.
We also have a card reader and python software on windows that provides a GUI for reading from the card (or any normal credit card, for that matter).
