Digital Triggering of Robo Calls

Digital triggering is a method I came up with to describe my idea to eliminate Robo calls. Call equipment and/or software manufactured after January 2013 (date is subject to change) must come standard with a built in digital trigger. Triggers as I describe further will be recognized by cell/home phone lines which users can opt in to purchase but will come standard after January 2013. Call software build after this date will also come standard with digital triggers. Robo call will be blocked if they fail to recognize these triggering mechanisms.
