Dynamic Blocking of Illegal Robocalls

The underlying philosophy in developing this approach to blocking illegal robocalls is to use existing technology in an unobtrusive way. Two technologies will be implemented, i) current methods of implementing caller-ID, and ii) current methods of automatic speech recognition with an emphasis on word spotting
