flu central

Flu Central is a Windows Phone 7 Application created for the CDC Flu App Challenge in May 2011. This application will update it's user on flu activity, flu news, prevention of the flu, mapping of the flu activity on a state level and podcasts. All of these updates come directly from CDC. The first thing a user will have to do for the first time it launches the app on it's phone is to set up the state he lives in. The next time his/her choices will be stored locally until the application is either deleted or unintalled. Based on this setting the next time the user will come back in he will see the activity page directly without the need of resetting his state.
