FluTrak

FluTrak, FREE from Dcube apps, is a Windows Phone 7 application that makes sure you get your annual flu shot on time. FluTrak allows you to keep track of your personal flu shot records, as well as those of your family and friends.  And if you are a caregiver or home care provider, then FluTrak is perfect for you.  You can easily keep a record of all your patients, along with detailed notes unique to each person. FluTrak also provides a great tool called the Symptom Checker.  Based on a standard set of questions, you will be able to diagnose your family members, friends, and/or patients for flu symptoms.  These diagnoses are stored along with each person's record for easy reference, and the information can be useful when speaking with your or their healthcare provider. Want to keep your information safe?  FluTrak allows restricted access to your application via a password you specify. In addition, FluTrak also gives you:  - Up-to-date flu news and information from the CDC. - Large selection of informative podcasts provided by the CDC. - Educational information about the flu and ways to help prevent and treat it. - Informative statistics on flu activity nationwide, flu hospitalizations, etc. - Vaccine locator that shows you flu shot locations based on your current location or an address you specify.   NOTE: This application is currently awaiting certification in the Windows Phone marketplace.  If it is still not available by May 28th, the application file can be sent to the judges, along with very easy to understand instructions on how to directly load the app on a phone.
