Telephone subscribers will be given the option to sign up for the robocall blocking service through his or her telephone service provider. The telephone service may be traditional wireline, VoIP, or mobile. When signing up, the subscriber understands and agrees that the robocall blocker service will be allowed to identify robocalls to the best of its ability and within the constraints of subscriber’s specified settings, and to block calls that are identified as robocalls. The subscriber will be made to understand that there is some very small probability that the robocall blocker may block calls that are not robocalls. And the subscriber will have the ability to turn on and off the robocall blocker feature at any time. The methods for identifying robocallers include subscriber feedback. call duration, call frequency, cumulative call time, and repeated outgoing message.
