Geolectrics

The concept behind our project was the influence of music on a person, particularly concerts and music festivals. For our Wearable Technology piece we designed and created a romper that has LED lights on the back panel, which react to music being played in the surroundings. The idea was for our target customer to be able to wear this Denim romper at a concert, and move around and dance with ease, while the LED lights on the back light up in a sequence that depends on the kind of music being played. The design is casual, yet chic, for a music-loving woman in her late teens to early twenties. In this product we have incorporated the Chiclet Sound Kit, laser cut fabric, and printed textile.
