HeartWatch

Every year, over 1 million people in the United States die every year due to heart failure. 50% of those individuals die before they get to the hospital. We’ve built an iOS application that mitigates those time-critical deaths by interfacing with the at-risk patient and informing loved ones when a heart failure is occurring. We send them the victim’s location and a CPR instruction video, while continuously recording the victim’s heart rate so that the data can be later extracted and analyzed upon reaching the hospital.
