The GSA can save up to 25% on hotel expenses by taking advantage of this situation. tripBAM is a service that automatically captures hotel booking information (ETS2), creates biased clusters of hotels for rate shopping, shops daily across all the hotels in the cluster, notifies travelers when rates drop over a threshold giving them a chance to easily cancel and rebook to capture savings.
