Houston has a very large cultural community which can be quantified with the museum district. Currently, when you enter a museum you have to wear large headphones and then punch in the code at the art piece to listen to the information about the art.
iBeacon removes all the complexity and allow the user's to instantly receive the information related to the art directly on their mobile devices. This creates a seamless and interactive experience.
This also create easy maintenance for the museum administrators as they can now easily update the information without having to re-record the audio for the art piece.
