Genetic analysis is an amazing tool poised to change the world of health, but one of the biggest obstacles int its way is finding ways of dealing with genomic data intelligently, so that we can view the most important data in an easy-to-view format. We have applied machine learning techniques to analyze patient data, and display the data in a simple, yet pleasing form. Once we have all of the data available, our program incorporates natural language processing to take in spoken queries about the data, and returns appropriate data. This project has huge potential in the medical industry, where more and more data is being generated, but the techniques to understand them isn't keeping up.
