Fine them $1 for every phone call they make. Since there are more than 200,000 complaints filed every month this would bring in revenue of $2,400,000 per year. If you want to shut them down charge them $10 per call and your revenue would jump to $240,000,000. If this doesn't shut the doors keep doubling it until it does.
Make the fees mandatory. Even though this company is overseas the fees should be able to be collected prior to them receiving any monitory value for these phone transactions. We need to treat this like a business transaction. The only thing these people understand is money so hit them where it hurts!
If it’s not Robocall it will be something else. We need to start putting some kind of tax on imports. Or call it what you want. The congress or senate would never go along with the word tax so call it some kind of Fine for not following the laws.
