The solution to stopping unwanted Telemarketers calls (including robocalls) is with the application of existing technologies and a National Call Receiving Center (NCRC), using trap phone numbers, and human intervention. This can be accomplished with current technology by using assigned trap* or capture phone lines and Telecom company LUDs* (Local Usage Details).
