I am not an engineer...I just have a simple idea. Design software or a separate after market black box attachment for phone that accepts user submission of a number to be blocked. Annoyed recipient of ROBO calls, dials in an access code number sequence on his/her home phone to access software/box...then dials in the annoying number(s) to be blocked acquired via caller ID...Said number(s) will be automatically refused by your phone line. Simple...NoMo-RoBo!!!!! Got to admit ...It says it all!
