This solution involves no new equipment that does not already exist within the existing PSTN. Some software will be required to be added to the existing Telco switches however this software should be similar to existing features that are already available.
The solution provides a method for the FTC and the operating companies to collect monies from the offending Robocallers making it too expensive for them to continue. These fees can be used to pay for administration and management.
