One-Button robocall reporting for landlines

Send each household who requests one a free "Button" that connects between the phone and the wall. When an unsolicited business call is picked up, the person receiving the call just hangs up and presses the Button. That's it! The Button will dial an FTC 800 number, transmit the number of the last incoming call, and hang up. The FTC will rapidly build a database of unsolicited calls, and evidence of the number of actual roboballs made from each number, aiding prosecution.
