PC Modem call handler

Use PC Modems with Caller ID to co-exist on the phone line and answer unwanted calls as a FAX or data call. Hold the call for a few seconds then hang up. Collect and share this data with a community so that PCs accessing the community data would quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Allow use of customizable “White Lists” and “Black Lists” (locally) to prevent unwanted calls.
