The team, led by Rob, took the requirements and looked for a simple way to use the API to enable permit status lookup. The team also outlined future enhancement opportunities. The main outcome is that the applicant can see the status, understand what that status and step entails, how long the milestone or review is expected to take, and finally how to reach someone who can answer questions.
