Real-time White-Listing (RWL) - Allowing phone calls, emails and text messages only from those numbers entered by the call recipient, into a self-service, centralized list. (Exceptions allowed for “legally-accepted” calls – political, 911, etc.) - controlled in conjunction with Phone Carriers, ISPs and RWL Servers placed near Internet root servers.
