REVERSE ROBOCALLS

I believe that my idea can decrease unnecessary stress to the consumer and increase employment opportunities within the federal government and/or telephone industry because someone will need to monitor our telephone numbers and distribute/issue the fines that will be incurred from the Robocallers.
