Ring Blocker

“Ring Blocker” is an electronic device or software that gives phone subscribers the capability of blocking or unblocking rings from unknown callers (callers not listed in their personal "contacts"). Ring Blocker captures unknown caller information and messages for later review, deletion, or call back by the phone subscriber.
