Robo-Call Blocking

Make Smart-phones like Yahoo, MSN, or any other Instant Messenger, a block list with the options to;

1. Accept all calls.
2. Allow calls from people on my Friends list.
3. Allow calls from everyone except my Blocked list. This could be set to ignore these rules in cases of Police, Fire or 911.
