Robocall Blacklist

My solution employs the use of a honeypot for identifying robocallers, and a blacklist to block robocallers. Unlike solutions that attempt to identify individual robocalls, my solutions blocks robocallers from their source while creating significant barriers to the practice of robocalling in general.
