RoboCall Sting

FCC obtains 2-3 residential TNs in each NPA-NXX in the top 30 rate centers. Calls to these numbers are call forwarded to an FCC PBX with an IVR/Call Recording. Only RC calls would go to the FCC PBX. Prosecutable evidence is captured on the time, number called and the 'merchant' message. Through the 'merchant' paying to have these RC calls made, the FCC can get to the RoboCall provider. A few publicized 'wins' will dry up contracts to the RC industry. Publishing the solution will also immediately eliminate many contracts going to RC providers. There are no workarounds unless the RC vendors find out the 'sting' TNs and the TNs can be rotated periodically.
