A phone company side process that robocalls the robocaller continuously until they no longer are able to make outbound calls. basically when a robocall or scam call is received you press example: *38 and the phone company implements a process the removes the unlisted part of the number and deciphers the spoofed phone number and then proceeds to call that number continuously until the number is completely disconnected. this can be done. Kevin Mitnick developed the untispoofing and anti unlisted component. This can also be done as a small unit in the home much like an older version caller id unit.
