SentiMentile

Sentimentile alerts users when sentiment towards a twitter account they choose to monitor becomes unusually positive or unusually negative. Our typical user is a social media or community manager responsible for several twitter accounts who doesn't want to constantly watch all of their accounts but needs to know when something big happens so they can respond appropriately.

A user begins by adding accounts they wish to follow. In the background we collect tweets from the monitored accounts in realtime. As we gather them we pass the tweet contents to the textalytics.com API which returns a positive or negative score. We filter those results over periods of time and if the values breach thresholds set by the user in an easy to use GUI, we dispatch an SMS via the Twillio API.

Users can view recent sentiment deviations in the UI and set thresholds and contact details.
