Should I use my bike ?

My friends and I are visiting San Francisco and bikes are our primary transportation choice. The problem is that we were caught unprepared when the temperature went down after a very sunny day. Our solution was to create an app where you set you destination and how long you are going to stay there and then ask 'Should I use my bike?'. We are going to give you an graphical answer based on forecast for that period of time. You can also set alerts, so you don't need to ask that everyday before going to work, you just need to say where and when you are going to work and we are going to send you an sms everyday advising if you should or not ride your bike.
