TalkFood
TalkFood was inspired by our life at university and living independently. Having to cook by ourselves is a hassle and we don't always have the necessary resources to learn to cook. However we found that following recipe instructions whether on paper or on our devices is difficult as our hands are occupied. This hands-free app makes it more convenient for users to follow instructions using voice commands without having to touch their devices while in the process of cooking. Through TalkFood, we hope to target students and people who want to cook. The key features we are most proud off are voice recognition using the CMUSphinx API and our intuitive design.
