Telephone Identity Validation

Step 1: Recipient phone validates the caller ID against web DB of illegal numbers and blocks the call as needed. Step 2: Recipient phone provides a DMTF password to the caller. Step 3: Recipient disconnects and calls the caller ID provided number. Step 4: Recipient phone waits to get back DMTF password from robo-caller. Step 5: Call is connected to recipient person. Step 6: Recipient person listens to call and can mark the call as "Unwanted Sales Call", "Unwanted Political Call", or "Unwanted Fundraising Call" which is sent to Internet DB. Step 7: After X number of calls marking a number as "Unwanted Sales Call", the Internet DB marks that number as such preventing the next caller from getting calls in Step 1.
