Universal RoboPhone Blocklist Program

A Universal Blocklist is created. It is as simple as a text file that is constantly updated with all phone #s that are associated with RoboPhone Abuse. This file is open source and can be added to from forums or general public via Wiki or the Internet directly. This file is updated every week. It the goes through the FTC and Phished for inaccurate robophone #s and added new #s from employees. It is then added to the Blocklist Program which is monitored by FTC and then sent to Carriers and ISPs. The ISPs and Carriers use new information to block unwanted #s to their customers. If information is valid based upon active accounts with active account #s verifiying the # of the customer, the call can be made or else it has to be blocked.
