Provide the following capabilities on every phone service carrier :

1) When an unwanted call is received, the receiving person hangs up and dials a key phrase (eg *67), automatically recording the offending source number.

2) The reported number is:

• Blocked from calling that customers number for X years -The quantity of "blocks" against this incoming call source number is counted at city, state, and national levels. At some trip point quantity calls from that number are rendered no longer capable of entering the US phone system, or if inside the US, that number is blocked at the point of origin.
• Prosecution is energetically pursued, utilizing evidence from the large number of blocks recorded against that number. Statements, depositions, other evidence can be gathered as necessary from those who blocked the number on their phones.
