watsurround

watsurround allows the UW community to observe where people are and what they're thinking and doing. You can sit and watch the bustle on campus and have an insight as to what people are thinking about as they go about their day. Associating thoughts with a person's geographic location allows for a virtual tour, improptu meetups where interesting things are happening, and a general finger on the pulse of the community on campus at any given time. It can also serve as a unique way to show friends your location by describing it and choosing a unique thought, as users are only easily identifiable by their location and thought.
