New telecommunications software service option designed to weed out all unwanted, wrong number and nuisance calls made to home phone and internet based phone communication systems of end line users. Software program expands on the use of the Caller ID technology by matching incoming phone numbers to a personal telephone directory registry data base set up by the end line user. The existing Caller ID software identifies and either matches a number to the current data base and immediately rings the call forward to the end line user or sends the unmatched incoming number to the end users' voice messaging center. Upon reviewing received messages, the end user can then determine whether to add that person or entity to his or her personal registry for future use or to just delete the message. All unidentified incoming numbers will not ring through directly to the end user thus weeding out potential unwanted nuisance calls.
