Robocall or human call? It’s difficult to distinguish the difference until the call is actually answered. It’s impractical to have automated systems screen each call before allowing it through. Yet, the call recipient generally “knows it when they hear it”. What's the best way to solve this issue? Crowdsourcing.

By creating a system that allows call recipients the ability to dial "in-call" and report robodialers, we're sure to reduce illegal calls. Not by brute force and blocking, but rather by making it cost too much and become too risky to undertake repetitive or threatening calling behavior.
