RoboGuard

A solution is proposed that uses cloud based services to provide extensive protection against all forms of unwanted calls to both landline and cell phones. The protection mechanisms proposed range from the traditional white and black caller ID lists, to a voice print on unknown users. If not deployed directly by service providers the solution requires a minor modification to the call forwarding that all phone companies already provide for free. Furthermore far from being an encumbrance, the service actually improves the user experience, by providing useful facilities in addition to the call blocking.
