The Human-Caller System

The Human-Caller System utilizes multiple components in order to deter robo-calling. The first step involves victims being able to mark calls a robocalls. The second step involves giving a fine to a robocaller for each call marked as a robocall. The third step involves having a governing body able to pursue callers that have been marked as robocalls. The end result is people only receiving calls from human callers.
