Adieu Robocalls!

Only telephone origination equipment registered with a naming authority would be authorized to call out. A reverse authorized exchange "lookup" would be done via a caller-ID like method to see that the phone number making the call is authorized from that originator (foils forged phone numbers). Should robocalls come from an authorized originator the offending party could be identified and penalized.
