Call-Trap!

I am a teacher at the maximum security juvenile correctional facility in Topeka, KS. I have a couple of rather gifted and enthusiastic students who have worked with each other to give me a proposal to submit to you. If we win, and we are not allowed to keep the money because they are incarcerated, we would like to donate the proceeds to the school for the deaf.
