Common Sense

I use caller ID. I do not answer out of area call I do not recognize. If a robo call does leave a voice mail I delete it. Phone subscribers should be issued warnings in large bold lettering to beware of robo calls. To hang up. If they don't get a response they would stop calling! I don't think technology is the answer, it created the problem. Good old common sense is.
