iCapella

My app is a system designed to help music groups - especially singers - learn new music faster. Each member of the group installs the app on their phone and connects to the conductor's computer over wifi. They select their part from a drop down list and plug in their headphones. A track with just their own part will play in their ears as they learn the music with the group, helping them find their notes and solidify their part quickly. The control of the music is left to the conductor - the system syncs the time between the phones to make sure each phone is at the same point in the song.
