I was inspired by seeing a bag of UV LEDs on the supply table. I thought the idea of creating apparel that had built in lighting effects to alter the visual design was intriguing. In the future I see a lot of potential in this project - I'd like to refine the electronics in order to contain them within the 3D printed neckpiece and to use additional technologies such as RGB LEDs and UV reactive ink to create even more interactive apparel effects.
